The coffee has a diverse origin, with beans from Ethiopia, Brazil and Guatemala located at high altitudes above sea level. This blend is designed to offer a smooth and rich flavour profile, with distinct notes of dark chocolate and citrus, making it suitable for brewing coffee in a professional espresso machine. Medium roasts generally have a balanced flavour profile, retaining some of the characteristics of the bean’s origin, while also introducing flavours from the roasting process. The inclusion of Arabica beans from Ethiopia, known for their full-bodied acidity and fruity notes, as well as beans from Brazil and Guatemala, which often contribute to a well-rounded and nuanced taste, adds complexity to the blend.
