TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The offer and sale of products through the site Filicori Zecchini UK, part of the Vincofy Ltd. is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, explained below.
The General Conditions of Sale are formulated in accordance with the regulations.
By visiting our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which together form the full agreement between you and Vincofy Ltd.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.
PARTS OF THE CONTRACT
The following are to be considered parties to the contract: Vincofy Ltd of Unit A1, Rose Business Estate, Marlow Bottom, Marlow, SL7 3ND with company no. 11386772.
Vincofy Ltd or Filicori Zecchini Uk referred as “we” “us” and “our” and the person (natural person, company or other legal entity) who, having registered within the site http://www.filicorizecchiniuk.com, has concluded an order that has been accepted by Vincofy Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).
APPLICATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
By placing the order in the manner provided, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale. Filicori Zecchini UK reserves the right to vary the General Conditions of Sale by giving notice on this page of the site.
The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Any changes will be effective after publication on the site.
CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICES OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Images of products may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics but differ in colour, size, accessory products represented.Â
All purchase support information is intended as mere general information material, not referring to the actual characteristics of an individual product.
Products are offered at the price shown on the site on the date the order is placed.
Prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be detailed in the invoice for the purchase of the product.
Prices do not include transport and delivery costs, which are however indicated in the final section before sending the order and specified in the order receipt confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer.
PLACING OF ORDERS
Orders can be placed to and from the following territories: the United Kingdom, and Republic of Ireland.
Orders are subject to minimum or maximum quantity limitations and products are offered within the limits of stock availability.
Orders will not be accepted from individuals who have not reached the age of majority. The steps for placing the order and concluding the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages on the site through explanatory text and graphics.
In particular, it is advisable to take a look at the withdrawal notice, which is printable at any time.
It is possible to correct any errors in data entry before sending the order.
CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE SAME
Upon receipt of an order, Filicori Zecchini UK will automatically send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, in which all the details of the order will be summarised.
Upon receipt of an order, Filicori Zecchini UK will verify the actual availability of the ordered product and only upon the positive outcome of this verification will it communicate its acceptance of the order and the successful shipment of the product.
In the event that Filicori Zecchini UK is unable to process an order received will promptly notify the Customer.
Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance of an order is excluded.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Filicori Zecchini UK accepts payment only through the systems indicated in the footer of the site.
SHIPPING PRODUCTS
Product shipments and deliveries can only be made within the territories of the following countries: United Kingdom, and the Republic of Ireland.
Filicori Zecchini UK will only ship purchased products to the destination address specified in the order.
We do not accept shipments to P.O. Boxes.
Filicori Zecchini UK will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the same, approximately within 3 (three) working days after acceptance of the order.
Delivery is generally within 5 working days.
The times reported for the receipt of goods are indicative.
Delivery charges are billed based on the rates shown on the Site on the date the order was transmitted.
The consignee of the goods is responsible for the payment of taxes and customs charges provided by the regulations in force in the territory of destination of the products.
The courier is responsible for delivery.
Filicori Zecchini UK undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the products through Customer Service and, where appropriate, to assist the Customer to protect its rights as per law.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCT BY THE CUSTOMER
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch of the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested with 48 hours, by making specific indication on the delivery document.
By signing the courier document, the Customer certifies the external integrity of the product and the conformity of the delivery.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 working days after delivery by sending an email to the address
info@filicorizecchiniuk.com.
INVOICING
An invoice will be issued for each order of the Private Customer who has entered his tax code, and for each order of the Professional Customer or company with VAT number.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic.
No changes in the invoice will be possible after the invoice has been issued. When ordering, it is necessary to indicate whether the shipping address is different from the billing address.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RULES FOR THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Unless the product is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.
Customer may return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase sum actually paid.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 10 working days of receipt of the product in the following ways:
1) The customer shall send a registered letter with return receipt to Filicori Zecchini UK; notice may be sent, within the same period, by e-mail to info@filicorizecchiniuk.com.
2) Filicori Zecchini UK contacts the Customer by communicating the Return Authorisation.
3) The Customer reports the Authorisation on the return form received together with the delivery documents.
4) The Customer is then contacted by the courier company to take charge of the return.
The return of the product must take place within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the Authorisation.
The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include shipping costs, which are the full responsibility of the Customer who intends to withdraw from the purchase.
In the event that the Customer sends back products that are damaged, do not have a Return Authorisation, are not returned within the above deadline, are opened and/or partially used, are not packaged regularly or completely, or in which certain parts, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation and/or other items are missing or have been damaged, the right of withdrawal shall be forfeited in full.
In the cases mentioned above, Filicori Zecchini UK will return the purchased goods to the Customer by charging him/her the shipping costs.
With the above limitations, Filicori Zecchini UK will refund the amount actually paid by the Customer within 30 days of the notice of withdrawal by means of a credit note to the bank account or credit card.
WARRANTY
All products, other than food products, sold by Filicori Zecchini UK are covered by the conventional manufacturer’s warranty and 24-month warranty for defects of conformity in accordance.
To take advantage of warranty service, the customer must keep the invoice.
If the product purchased is found to have manufacturing defects and / or to have been damaged during transport, the customer may request the replacement of the same within the mandatory period of 10 days from receipt by telegram, or e-mail to info@filicorizecchiniuk.com.
The Customer is also required to return the defective or damaged product in its original packaging intact in all its parts.
In case of replacement of the product, the shipping costs for the return shall be borne by Filicori Zecchini UK.
The latter will then replace the product with an identical one or, in case of depletion of stock and upon agreement with the Customer, with one of equivalent value.
APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The sale of products and/or provision of services takes place in the territory of the United Kingdom and is subject to the laws in force in the English Law.
For any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation and execution of this contract, the English Law shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
